Day-Of Coordination

If you are the couple that needs help tying together your wedding vision and executing the plan you have for your special day, then this is the perfect option for you. Don't be fooled by the name... Day Of Coordination services actually begin up to two months prior to your wedding day. Our day-of package includes a number of valuable benefits as listed below. 

All coordination packages include two on-site planners.

All planning will be done via email, phone or in person, during weekday business hours.

(unless prior arrangements have been made between you and your planner)

  • We will visit both your ceremony and reception sites prior to your wedding

  • We will review all your contracts to ensure no detail has been overlooked

  • We will offer vendor suggestions based on our experience and knowledge of your venue, budget, and your personalities.

  • We will work with your wedding pros to finalize your vendor list

  • We will coordinate times of deliveries with your contracted vendors

  • We will develop a detailed wedding timeline for your contracted vendors and bridal party to follow

  • We will develop a detailed floor plan for your contracted vendors and bridal party to follow

  • We will follow up - via phone call or email - with your contracted vendors one month before your event date

  • We will coordinate and manage your rehearsal on location [2 hours max]

  • We will act as a point of contact for you and all your vendors

  • We will handle and distribute all final payments due to your vendors (amounts due supplied by you)

  • We will be on-site to coordinate and supervise your ceremony and reception

All vendors must be hired at your discretion. Our planners do not book vendors for this package.

Full Service Planning

If you want a custom experience that will offer all the organization of our Day-Of services with additional personalization, then our Full Service Planning package is for you. From start to finish, you will have us by your side bringing your wedding vision to life. Every detail will be perfectly executed to ensure you have a stress free engagement and wedding day.

Full Service Planning begins up to 12 months prior to your event.

All coordination packages include two on-site planners.

All planning will be done via email, phone or in person, during weekday business hours.

(unless prior arrangements have been made between you and your planner)

  • We will have an initial consultation with you to discuss & discover your wedding needs, interests & vision

  • We will be available to you for ongoing consultation & advice

  • We will offer unlimited phone & email support (enquiries sent during off hours will be answered by next business day)

  • We will assist you with planning and tracking your budget

  • We will prepare a wedding timeline and checklist for you

  • We will assist in planning your site design, color scheme, theme & wedding style

  • We will research and book vendors & venues on your behalf

  • We will schedule & attend appointments with your vendors

  • We will work with you to secure guest accommodations

  • We will visit both your ceremony and reception sites prior to your wedding

  • We will create and oversee diagrams & floor plans of your venue

  • We will review all your contracts to ensure no detail has been overlooked

  • We will offer vendor suggestions based on our experience and knowledge of your venue, budget, and your personalities.

  • We will work with your wedding pros to finalize your vendor list

  • We will coordinate times of deliveries with your contracted vendors

  • We will develop a detailed wedding timeline for your contracted vendors and bridal party to follow

  • We will develop a detailed floor plan for your contracted vendors and bridal party to follow

  • We will follow up - via phone call or email - with your contracted vendors two months before your event date

  • We will coordinate with your vendors to ensure services are provided as scheduled

  • We will coordinate and manage your rehearsal on location [2 hours max]

  • We will act as a point of contact for you and all your vendors

  • We will handle and distribute all final payments due to your vendors (amounts due supplied by you)

  • We will supervise your venue set-up to make sure everything is as you planned (candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.)

  • We will be on-site to manage your entire wedding day as needed

  • We will collect all your personal items at the end of your reception

  • We will handle the return of all rental items the day after your event

This package is for wedding dates up to 12 months out. Additional hours will be billed for weddings over 18 months out.

Wedding Day Concierge

If you are a cost conscious couple who wants to have the luxury of letting someone else handle the details of  your day, but also need to be mindful of your budget, then book a Wedding Day Concierge! One of our expert planners will be on hand to manage your event while you and your fiance relax and enjoy! Our Concierge package includes a number of valuable benefits as listed below. 

All concierge packages include ONE on-site planner.

All planning will be done via email, phone or in person, during weekday business hours.

(unless prior arrangements have been made between you and your planner)

  • We will visit both your ceremony and reception sites prior to your wedding

  • We will offer vendor suggestions based on our experience, knowledge of your venue, budget, and your personalities

  • We will coordinate times of deliveries with your contracted vendors

  • We will develop a basic wedding timeline for your contracted vendors and bridal party to follow

  • We will follow up - via phone call or email - with your contracted vendors before your event date

  • We will manage your ceremony rehearsal on location [2 hours max]

  • We will act as a point of contact for you and all your vendors

  • We will be on-site to supervise your ceremony and reception

All vendors must be hired at your discretion. Our planners do not book vendors for this package.
