2nd Annual Spring Bridal & Family Party Show - Registration

YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN ANY AND ALL PRIZES AWARDED!

Friday, March 30:  Sneak Peak - 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, AWA Center & participating member retail locations downtown.  Select show vendors will be on-hand to discuss their services and prizes for the Sunday giveaways!  Special giveaways on-site!  ALL qualifiers for the FREE Wedding giveaway will be encouraged to attend to learn more about the giveaway!

Saturday, March 31:  Scavenger Hunt - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Start at the AWA center to register, then begin collecting your items from various locations in the area.  Top scoring team will win a FREE engagement party for the couple and up to 100 guests!  Winners to be announced at the show Sunday!

Sunday, April 1:  Bridal and Family Party Show, noon - 3:00 pm. Heritage Hall, Glens Falls Civic Center.  FREE admission.  We'll be giving away THOUSANDS in door prizes for ALL upcoming events PLUS a FREE Wedding Package, FREE birthday/family party package AND a FREE engagement party package!  Vendors include: banquet and hosting facilities, entertainment-dj's and bands, photographers, limo & transportation, caterers, cake and dessert bakers, florists, favors, beauty and fashion, dress and formal wear providers, rental companies, decorators, event planners and MORE!

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL PRIZES:

Door prizes:  You MUST be present to win.  All door prizes to be given away at the show Sunday.

Free wedding package:  Will include completely FREE elements such as, free entertainment, free wedding cake/desserts, free floral, free transportation, free photography, free rehearsal dinner and much, much more!  This package is based on a 5 hour reception and to qualify, each couple must submit a minimum 300 word essay outlining a specific HARDSHIP (I.E.-major health problem, family or economic hardship).  You must also register FIRST on this page to qualify.  Your essay MUST be submitted by March 19, 2012 via email to weddings@adirondackweddingcenter.com. AWA package members will vote on the hardship they feel will benefit most from this incredible yearly giveaway!  Prize winner will be announced at the show Sunday, April 1, 2012.  You MUST be present to win!

Free engagement party:  You will have to compete in the scavenger hunt, Saturday, March 30, 2012 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  You MUST be at the AWA center at 10:00 am to register.  Hunt begins after all entries have been finalized or at 11:00 am.  You will have to have transportation to get to various locations in the Glens Falls/Lake George region to collect prizes. Teams are limited to a maximum of 4 people, and only one vehicle can be used.  You must visit as many locations as you can in the alloted time frame and collect as many items as possible, PLUS, get your sheet signed by one of the AWA representatives on-site to qualify.  You must be 18 years of age or older, and be presently engaged to win.  Highest scoring team will be the winner and will be announced at the show on Sunday.  You must be present Sunday to collect your prize or the second place winner will be selected.

Free birthday or family party:  Winner to be announced from random selection at the show Sunday. This prize may be awarded to anyone planning a birthday party, reunion, anniversary, graduation party or other family type event.  Weddings do NOT qualify under this category.
